A light warm salad, quick to make.
Ingredients:
Aubergines
Tomatoes
Feta
Fresh coriander leaves
Sesame seeds
Black pepper
Sesame oil
Instructions:
Cut the aubergines into cubes, and lightly fry them.
Chop the tomatoes, feta and coriander leaves.
Add in the sesame seeds, black pepper and sesame oil.
Serve warm.
