Gluten Free Apple Charlotte Cake

Ingredients

Apples (peeled, corked and chopped) – 300g
Eggs – 2
Sugar 50g
GF bread flour – 125g
Baking powder – 1/2tsp

Instructions

Bake at 180 C Fan for 30 minutes in 18cm tin.

For double quantities, in an 18cm tin, bake for 50 minutes.
