Star Anise – 2 stars
Caraway – 2tsp
Corriander seeds – 1tsp
Black pepper – 1tsp
Cloves – 2 cloves
Cinnamon – 1tsp
Brown Sugar – 2tsp
Salt – 1tsp

Cook goose a 160 C Fan for 30 mins per 1kg. Then rest for 20 mins outside of oven before carving.
