Ingredients as a measure:
Water = 500ml
Berries = 250g
Sugar = 50g
Ingredients as a proportion:
Water = 1
Berries = 1/2
Sugar = Berries/10
Dissolve the sugar in the water, add the berries as bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, take off the heat, and cover with a lid to steep. Once cool bottle.
To drink dilute 1:1 with plain or sparkling water.
