Another dish to add to a Roman style feast.
Raisins – 35g
Olive oil – 3tbsp
Pearl onion (or shallots, or spring onion bulbs) (peeled) – 60g
Balsamic Vinegar – 60ml
Garlic – 2 cloves
Soak the raisins in hot water for about 20 minutes.
Drain the raisins and put everything into a frying fan and fry until done.
