Potatoes (Charlotte or Desiree), butter, egg & milk.
Walnuts – 200g
Single cream – 120g
Rosemary (fresh or dry) – 1tbsp
Peel and boil the potatoes. Then mash with the butter, egg and milk.
Chop the walnuts and fry in a pan with a little bit of vegetable oil, add the herbs and fry lightly, pour in the cream. Pour this over the mashed potatoes.
